James Bould

Before moving away to study Bioveterinary Science at the University of Liverpool in 2001, James grew up in a small village in the Staffordshire Moorlands, so coming to work at Blue House feels like returning home.  

He graduated as one of the first ever vets from the University of Nottingham in 2011 and  then has worked in a busy small animal practice in the city of Lincoln. He came to Blue House in 2018 where he has built up a bit of a fan club with clients! He enjoys all areas of small animal medicine and surgery but has particular interests in feline medicine and ophthalmology.  

In his spare time he likes to explore the outdoors either on foot or by bike, especially in the Lake District, and is a keen amateur photographer.
