please could you tell me at what point will our puppies be ready to go to thier new homes they are now 6 weeks old

they can start going any time now - 6 weeks is the earliest we recommend, and for most puppies the sooner they go to their new owners the better - helps them settle in better, and get them socialised - not quite so important with you as I am sure you are cuddling them a lot!
so as soon as you find loving homes, off they go! - if you can bear to let them go
