OLD CAT DIARRHEOA05.08.2005MY 16 YEAR OLD CAT IS SUDDENLY SUFFERING FROM THIS PROBLEM.SHE'S STILL EATING AND QUITE ALERT.WE HAVE BEEN AWAY FOR 2 WEEKS HOLS AND FRIENDS HAVE BEEN FEEDING. MY OTHER TWO CATS- AGED 10 ARE O.K. - JOSIE GRAVES hi Josie sorry for any delay in replying tothis - our e mail facility has been misfunctioning without us knowing the most likely cause of sudden diarrhoea is a change of diet - not unlikely in view of her being away from home usually a return to her normal diet will sort hings out - sometimes 24 hours without food helps, then feeding 3 or 4 small meals a day for a few days until things settle. if they dont, time to go to the vet! - pete coleshaw Back |
